  Die Sterne sind ein Bild
Der Ewigkeit.
Sie winken still und mild
Doch weltenweit.
Kein irdisch Auge blinkt
In's Sterneherz,
Nur Seele erdentrückt
Strebt himmlichwärts.
Verhüllt in trüber Nacht
Sie Wolkenflor,
Aus einer Seele Schacht
Steigt Heil empor.
Trotz Alters Wandelfahrt
Sind Sterne jung,
Der Seele Tat bewahrt Erinnerung.
  The stars are a picture
Of eternity.
They beckon mildly and silently
Yet throughout the world
No earthly eye can look
Into the heart of a star,
Only a soul lost in reverie
Strives towards heaven.
They are cloaked in gloomy Night
By veils of clouds,
From a soul's well
Salvation raises up.
Despite the vicissitudes of the maturing journey
The stars are young,
The deeds of the soul preserves
Rememberance.
  Man muss nicht gerade ein eingefleischter Monarchist sein, (bittere Erfahrungen erschüttern Anschauungen) um an vielen freistaatliehen Einrichtungen keinen Gefallen zu finden und deren Änderung im Interesse der Freiheit auf das ??rigste zu wünschen. Auf Freiheit soll ja jeder Volksstaat aufgebaut sein. Die Trustmagnatenherrschaft in Amerika, welche einzelne Goldgötzen zu wirtschaflichen machthabern erhebt, ist kein Idealisierung menschlicher Gleichheit. Die Verbohrtheit in die eigenen Macht= Geistes= und Bedeutungsgrösse und die offensichtliche Geringschätzung des Weltwillens ist von der Brüderlichkeit so weit entfernt, wie etwa Frankreich von dem Sternbild der Wage. Wollte die russische Volksgewaltherrschaft beweisen, das Raub die gerechte Verteilung der Erdengüter bedeutet, dann hat sie bewiesen, dass sie ein blühendes Reich in einen Schutthaufen verwandeln kann. Das freie Deutschland, Österreich und Polen tragen nicht die Embleme des Volkswohl und Volksheils auf ihren Fahnen.  
  One does not have to be a confirmed monarchist, (bitter experiences undermine good ideas) to find any favor in many of the free-state constitutions and to urgently wish to change them in the interest of freedom. Every peoples state should be founded on freedom. The trust magnates regime in America, that raised a few golden juggernauts to be rulers, is not an idealization of human equality. The obsession with their own greatness of power, intellect and importance, and the open contempt of the will of the world is as far removed from brotherhood, about as France is from the constellation of Libra. If the russian Peoples Tyranny wanted to prove that robbery means the just distribution of the earthly goods, then it has proven that it can transform a prosperaus state into a pile of rubble. The free Germany, Austria and Poland do not carry the emblem of people welfare and people salvation on their flags.
